Description:
The PDC 350 Crimper is a double headed adjustable crimping machine ideally suited to production environments where speed and consistency are required. Easily adjustable the 350 Crimper will cut and crimp documents up to 350mm wide and up to 32mm diameter Coil. Adjustments are made by simply unlocking the cutting heads and positioning them to match the width of your document and then raising or lowering the feeder bed to suit the Coil diameter. Once set, the 350 Crimper will cut both ends of the coil together giving perfect 90 degree and parallel crimping. The 350 Crimper is available as either an electric or pneumatic (air) model, to suit either the office or trade environment.
Features:
- Interchangeable cutting heads allow all Coil sizes to be cut from 6mm through to 32mm.
- Documents between 90mm and 350mm wide can be cut and crimped using the 350 Crimper.
- Can be used with the Roll a Coil or Finish a Coil can be placed on top of the 350 Crimper, to improve production speeds.
- Accurate book placement is achieved by placing the document between adjustable sidelays.
- The 350 Crimper can be supplied as an electric or pneumatic model.
