Description:
The 3000QS (Quick Setup) Auto Coil inserter/finishing system, automatically inserts pre cut lengths of Coil into the pre-punched books and simultaneously crimps both ends all in a single operation. Using the 3000QS, production figures of up to 600 books an hour can be achieved. Due to the unique design of the 3000QS, documents with oversize covers or tab dividers can be bound without any problems.
Two models are available, a 12" (A4 and smaller) and a 17" (A3 and smaller). Both models are able to insert Coil diameters from 6mm through to 20mm in standard mode and up to 30mm when using wider hole pitches such as 3:1". The 3000QS is supplied with a set of 15 spine formers, a tool kit plus instructional manual and video, you also have our expertise, free of charge for installation, training and ongoing onsite support.
