Description:
Interline the 3000QS with the NCF (New Concept Former) to achieve potential production speeds of 800 books per hour and material savings up to 50%. The NCF forms Coil to the diameter and length required and then automatically transfers it to the 3000QS ready for insertion. The operator simply inserts a pre - punched book and presses the footpedal, the Coil is then inserted and crimped and a new book is introduced. At the same time another Coil is sent to the 3000QS, ready for the next book, thus ensuring constant and measurable production. All set ups and operation can be undertaken by one operator quickly, simply and with the minimum training. The NCF is fitted with a Hot Start feature which means that Coil production can be stopped and started without any Coil distortion, providing for smooth uninterrupted Coil insertion. Because Coil can be manufactured when you need it, valuable space, normally taken up with inventory, is freed up. The QS Interline system is designed for the Bindery and busy in-plant, with the 3000QS easily detatchable from the Interline, you will have a system that offers complete flexibility.
