Description:
Interline two 3000QS Auto Inserters with the NCF (New Concept Former) to achieve potential production speeds of 1400 books per hour and material savings up to 50%. The high production NCF, forms Coil to the diameter and length required and then automatically transfers to either of the attached 3000QS Auto Inserters. The operators simply press the footpedal to insert and crimp the Coil into the pre - punched books. At the same time another Coil is sent to either 3000QS, ready for the next document, thus ensuring constant and measurable production. All the operator needs to do is focus on the binding process, inserting and removing books as required. All set up can be undertaken by one operator quickly, simply and with the minimum training. The NCF is fitted with a Hot Start feature which means that Coil production can be stopped and started without any Coil distortion, providing for smooth uninterrupted Coil insertion. Because you can manufacture Coil when you need it, you will free up valuable space, normally taken up with inventory. The QS2 Interline system is the ultimate solution for the Bindery and busy in-plant, with both 3000QS Auto Inserters easily detatchable, you will have a system that offers complete flexibility and top end production.
