The 3000QS is designed to meet the demanding volumes and constantly changing document types, experienced in the busy Inplant, Digital Printer and Bindery. The 3000QS inserts pre cut lengths of coil into the pre punched book and simultaneously crimps both ends all in a single operation. Size change over and set up can be achieved in minutes and without the use of tooling, allowing document runs of 600 books per hour. The 3000QS can also be added to the QS Single and QS2 Dual Interline systems, further improving production capabilities. We have not supplied a punch solution with this option, but if this is required see our Punching Solutions at our main site PDCUK.COM.
