Now we are in the High Volume, High Demand environment, where run lengths are longer and all work is time critical. The HD7000 will give us our punching capacity but we need to improve the Insertion and Crimping process. Firstly we have combined the HD7000 with the HD4170 Heavy Duty Coil Inserter. The HD4170 will insert any Coil size with its adjustable and individually driven 'High Tack' Rollers. Next it's the Crimping process and the 350 Electric or Air Double end Crimpers, which will simultaneously crimp both ends of the Coil, accurately and consistently.
