PIC Deal Service Cover

The 2 Years free service cover is for the HD7000 punch only and has a value of £265.00 + Vat. Should service cover be required for other equipment in the chosen PIC Deal then it will be available at a reduced cost as detailed below.

Two Year service cover offers the following benefits.

• A maximum of 5 free onsite service visits.
• No labour or travel costs for the 5 service visits.
• Unlimited telephone support for the first two years.
• Parts that fail due to fair wear and tear during the manufacturers 1 year warranty will be replaced free of charge.
• Parts that fail outside the manufacturers 1 year warranty will be replaced at cost plus a 15% handling charge.
• Where equipment or parts fail due to operator misuse they will be chargeable.
• Die tools and parts thereof are not covered under this agreement.

Two Year service cover does not negate your statutory warranty for 1 year parts and 90 days labour.
